However, we are unable to accept returns or refund purchases of our products made at retail stores.
All returns and refunds must go through the store, website or catalog from which you purchased your Pet Zone® product and are subject to their return and refund policy.

I bought a Play-N-Squeak toy. The instructions say to remove a tab to activate the sound, but there is no tab on the toy. What should I do?
Unfortunately, the tab might have been accidentally removed before you purchased the toy.
If the toy is not squeaking, please return the toy to the store where you purchased it for a replacement.

How much catnip should I give my cat?
Every cat reacts differently to catnip. We recommend starting with a pinch or two to see how your cat reacts, then increase the amount as desired.

What kind of treats should I use in my Toys for Treats toy?
It depends on the type of Toys for Treats toy you’ve purchased.
For the orange twist toy, use bacon type treats.
For the yellow tube toy, use hard stick-type treats and thread them through the holes in the toy.
For the purple bone toy, use standard bone treats.
How do you use the watering feature on the Store-N-Feed?
This is one of Pet Zone®’s best-selling feeders! The watering feature on the Store-N-Feed makes this elevated feeder quite unique.
First, remove the stainless steel bowl from the water side of feeder.
Simply fill the water up to the level at which the threaded hole begins (about halfway up the side).
Next, take a full 2 liter bottle (or a bottle with the same size threaded opening), and slowly turn it upside down while screwing the bottle into the feeder’s threaded hole. (Note: remember to remove the plastic ring from the bottle before screwing it into place.)
Air will equalizes the water level and stabilize it so that your pet will now have continuous water replenishment!
How do I know what size raised feeder to buy for my dog?
Raised feeders improve comfort as well as reduce stress and cumulative joint damage.
How to choose the right feeder:
- Measure your dog from the floor to the withers, or the highest point of the shoulder blades.
- Check below to see which feeder is the right height for your pet.
Do you sell a squirrel baffle to go along with your wild bird feeders?
Unfortunately, we do not have a squirrel baffle to go along with our wild bird feeders. We recommend checking with your local hardware or outdoors store for alternatives.
